Ökonomierat Rebholz, Weißburgunder Siebeldingener Im Sonnenschein GG 2025
Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with this producer. See my ethics and disclosure policy.
The benchmark Weissburgunder from Germany, Rebholz's limestone Im Sonnenschein bottling, vinified entirely in INOX tanks, delivers a compressed, linear, mineral-tinged wine with yellow stone and citrus fruits that carry from nose to palate. Plenty of tension and phenolic grip complement the long, lingering salted-peach finish—superb balance and well-structured for many years of aging.
