Pure shell limestone. Mandelberg, vinified in stainless steel tanks, shows tremendous density, phenolic tension, and a cut with a straight, mineral nose accented by white flowers, white peach, and sea spray. An awesome display of all that Pinot Blanc can be from the right terroir and producer.
