Friedrich Becker, Spätburgunder Schweigener Heydenreich GG 2022
Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with this producer. See my ethics and disclosure policy.
Limestone. Firmly structured and tannic, with an intense core of ripe red cherry fruit on the nose and palate. Quite a structured Pinot Noir with more tannin than most Pinots from Germany/France or anywhere else, but the quality is undeniably good.
