Michel, Spätburgunder Achkarrer Schlossberg GG 2021

What I immediately think of when I taste these Schlossbergs side by side (from F. Keller, Dr. Heger, and Michel) is how they taste so proportionally Grand Cru in the Côte d'Or sense. It's never that they're big, but that aroma, fruit intensity, and wood are in perfect proportions. That's all I can say here without repeating what I said about the previous two Schlossbergs. Franz Keller has more exotic whole-cluster, Dr. Heger more cassis, but this Michel may have topped them both in 2021.
