Friedrich Becker, Spätburgunder Schweigener Sonnenberg KB GG 2022
Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with this producer. See my ethics and disclosure policy.
Chalky soil. Located in the French part of the Sonnenberg vineyard. The site was forgotten until Friedrich Becker rediscovered it in 1965. Gorgeous aroma and perfume. Elegant nose and layered fruit on the palate. Classic Becker structure with strong tannic grip.
