Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan, Riesling Forster Pechstein GG 2025
A more fragrant and open-knit Pechstein than Bürklin-Wolf's or Acham-Magnin's. There's still an unmistakable flinty minerality here, dominating the aromatic profile before giving way to the peach and apricot notes beneath. A flavorful and expansive palate impression with gunflint notes lingering on the finish.
