Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, Riesling Forster Pechstein GG 2025
An exceptionally mineral, flinty nose, with salted peach and lemon balm aromas. Linear palate impression, but with lingering flintiness and an almost chewy density of fruit concentration. Fantastic acidity and grippy phenolics make for an impressive Pechstein. Superb wine.
