Wittmann, Riesling Westhofener Morstein GG 2025
A stunning achievement of depth, concentration, and filigree. Exotic ripe peach and apple blossom aromas seem to have affixed themselves to stones and regenerated into liquid form. Minerals and finely tuned acidity hold this matter stream together and then some, with a long, acid-driven finish that seems to go on forever—a profound and impressive wine of the rarest kind.
