Rainer Sauer, Silvaner Erscherndorfer Am Lumpen 1655 GG 2025
Shell limestone. The prime parcel of the Eschendorfer Lump. Very ripe yellow peach, bordering on tropical on the nose. Sea salt and bitter orange follow on the palate. Well-structured and tense, with a long, lingering mineral finish.
