Meyer-Näkel, Spätburgunder Ahrweiler Silberberg GG 2024
Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with this producer. See my ethics and disclosure policy.
Wonderfully intense cherry pit and cherry liqueur nose, accented with licorice, espresso, and the warmth of fully integrated new wood. Chocolate-covered cherries and espresso bean carry through to the palate, with fine tannins and a lingering aftertaste—a strong 4.
