Krispel, Weißburgunder Ried Neusetzberg 2020
Loamy gravel. Perhaps the most obvious influence of oak is tasted today. Vanilla, coconut, and wood toast sit atop ripe yellow fruit on the nose. Yellow apple. There are some attractive reductive popcorn notes that carry over from the nose to the palate, with long, lingering wood and Golden Delicious apple flavors on the finish.
