Knipser, Riesling Laumersheimer Steinbuckel GG 2025

An intriguing, cool-toned nose with smoky depth. Almost the opposite of the Knipser Mandelpfad, which was all yellow fruit. Cassis and red berry fruit aromas, so rarely found in Riesling. Cooling minerals and mint linger on the long red-berried finish. Love this wine.
