Knewitz, Riesling Nieder-Hilbersheimer Honigberg GG 2025
Limestone. Straight and mineral-driven nose. Focused aromas and very tight at this stage. The linear, focused, salty-mineral aroma carries over to the palate. There's good concentration on the palate, and undoubtedly there's something good here, but it's difficult to draw out complexity from a wine that might be better evaluated in 10 years.
