Graf Neipperg, Spätburgunder Schwaigerner Ruthe GG 2023
Gipskeuper (gypsum marl). Both Graf Neipperg wines tasted today (one from 2024 and this one from 2023) show ripe fruit and wood upfront. Quite concentrated, with red cherry and cherry cola. Licorice and anise seed add intrigue on the palate to what is otherwise a fruit and wood expression at this stage.
