Terraced site in Weißenkirchen. Gföhler gneiss. Peppercorn straight on the nose. White peach and apple blossoms intermingle with toasted spices like crushed coriander and cardamom pod. Fantastic spice-laden palate with superb freshness. There's been a stylistic shift at this estate towards fresher wines, and the changes are really paying off.
